RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Duct/Dryer vent cleaning technicians
- Updating customers at specific times throughout the day with services. This includes rescheduling appointments, accommodating customer needs
- Prioritizing calls, debriefing with technicians, ensuring all calls are completed, dispatching after-hour calls, and handling digital leads
- Backup to CSR's, Dispatchers, Digital Lead Specialist, and the Install Coordinator when needed
- Communicate clearly with team members and stay updated on training and educational opportunities to perform these duties efficiently
